Author Instructions

Camera-Ready Paper Preparation

When preparing your camera-ready paper, please carefully check the following requirements:

  1. Authors are expected to carefully address the reviewers' comments and incorporate appropriate revisions in the camera-ready version.

  2. The paper must not exceed 10 pages in total, including references and appendices, in accordance with the submission guidelines.

  3. Please include complete and accurate author information in the paper.

  4. Please include appropriate acknowledgements, if applicable.

  5. Camera-Ready paper submission deadline: September 9, 2026, AOE.

After your camera-ready paper has been properly prepared, please follow the submission instructions below to complete the camera-ready submission.

  • Verify/convert your paper using PDF eXpress

  • Submit your paper's copyright

  • Submit your final paper

You will first need to create a new account before you can access the ICDM 2026 author kit site. Please use the same email address that you used for the manuscript submission. When signing in, please go to the text Sign Up to the right of the text Log In to create an account. Please note this is separate from your IEEE membership login.

Once you have created an account, log in and click through the left column of tabs to view information on:

  • paper ID

  • paper page limits

  • submission deadlines

  • formatting

  • PDF eXpress paper validation and PDF file creation

For PDF eXpress, use Conference ID# 70242X

To access the copyright and paper submission process, click Next at the top right of the screen.

If you have difficulty submitting either the copyright or your accepted paper, please contact us directly via email.

Poster Preparation

All accepted papers are REQUIRED to prepare a poster for presentation. Please review the following important details regarding poster preparation and setup:

1. REQUIRED Poster Templates:

 o Either Template 1 or Template 2 is acceptable.

2. REQUIRED Electronic Poster Submission:
  • Electronic posters are REQUIRED to uploaded to https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1G5A6dyk88xmgkKG-3t54yHKw5HVeXr1P

  • Submit in PDF format and name the poster file as [accepted_paper_id].pdf.

  • Submission Deadline: October 12, 2026, AOE.

  • Design flexibility: Authors may freely design their posters within the allotted display area, but the paper ID must be included in the bottom-right corner.

3. Poster Printing:

Poster printing and mounting will be handled by the conference. Authors DO NOT need to print or mount their posters themselves. The poster printing cost is already included in the registration fee. Therefore, please make sure to submit the electric poster.

4. Poster Presentation During the Conference:
  • Since all posters will be printed and mounted by the conference organizers, presenters only need to attend their assigned sessions and present according to the schedule (5:30 pm - 6:30 pm on Friday, 11/13 and Saturday, 11/14). The poster presentation schedule is announced on the ICDM website. Please stay tuned for updates.

  • Power outlets may not be available in the poster area, so if your presentation involves videos or system demonstrations, please make sure your laptop or devices are fully charged in advance.

5. Poster Awards:
