• Lead a CIC funded project to overhaul undergraduate classes to significantly improve diversity among SBU undergraduates.

• Founder and faculty advisor, WPhD group for the Women PhD students at Stony Brook CS.
• Faculty advisor, WiCS (Women in Computer Science) group

NCWIT Extension Program

• Lead an NCWIT-funded extension services to improve the recruitment and retention of Women undergraduates at SBU

Community Outreach

• Taught a Machine Learning camp to middle and high school girls in the summer of 2018 with Niranjan

• Ran a Girls Who Code club at the Comsewogue library from September to May 2017 [Recruitment flyer].

Conference/Workshop organization

• Co-chaired the shadow PC meeting for IMC 2018 to introduce the review process to graduate students/
• Organized a MobiSys Women's Workshop, 2017.
• Founder of the SIGCOMM N2Women dinner with T.Y Huang (in 2016). We organized a new N2Women dinner event as the SIGCOMM N2Women chairs, and got great feedback. This program now continues at SIGCOMM every year

High School Mentoring

• Mentoring PSEG Explorations in STEM candidate, Mario Mendoza in Summer 2018.
