Introduce yourself! 🗣

I’m Greg! I’m taking some time to relax and meet up with friends now that I’ve graduated, but I still enjoy playing around with making code fast, taking walks and hikes, and eating good food :)

How have you been involved with WiCS 💻 & how has WiCS impacted you?

I’ve only been a member, but the community I met is awesome :). I’ve found that WiCS is a very friendly and supportive community of people who are happy to help others learn whether it’s academics, career, or other related topics.

What led you to pursue a career in CS/how did you first become interested in the field? 🤔

I became interested in the field of CS back when I wanted to make mods for Minecraft, but I eventually got sucked into the idea that CS itself provides a bunch of puzzles, so I can think of CS itself as a fun game :)

What are your plans after graduation? 🧑‍🎓

I’ll be working as a software engineer in the NYC area!
