🌟 MEET THE 2024- 2025 WICS SECRETARY: KIM RAMIREZ 🌟

Hi everyone 😋! I’m Kim 🦦 and I’m a rising junior in Technological Systems Management 💻 with a Specialization in Computer Science. This summer ☀️I was living my New England 🌊 summer dreams in New Hampshire 🐚, where I was a Software Engineering intern within the backend for Liberty Mutual Insurance 🗽 . I mainly worked within the US Retail Markets Telematics team 📈 and worked with Spring Boot API, Java, and became integrated with the team in the CI/CD process.

This summer, I tried lots of lobster 🦞 rolls, visited the beach 🏖️ lots, listening to lots of new albums 🎵 (am a new A$AP Rocky fan and a longstanding beabadoobee fan #tihtm), finished many new books 📚 , and explored new places, like Maine 🦞 , Boston 🌆 , and Montreal 🇨🇦 . I’ve also enjoyed spending time with old and new friends 👯‍♀️ in trying new food (follow me on beli!!! :3) and taking crazy amounts of digital cam pics 📷 together. I got to attend the LIT Summit in Boston where I got to meet LiMu’s CEO 👨🏼‍💼 (and featured on his LinkedIn for National Intern Day!) and won second in LiMu’s nationwide intern hackathon!

I am supes excited to be WiCS’ new Secretary 😇 for this school year and cannot wait to see you 🫵🏼🫵🏼 at our events this sem!!!!!
