Hey there! 👋 If you're curious about what we do as part of the WiCS E-board, we've got an exciting opportunity for you – our shadowing program! 🚀

This program offers a fantastic chance to gain firsthand 👀 exposure and an inside scoop on the responsibilities of specific positions. You'll be right there in E-Board meetings, contributing to important decisions and plans, and shadowing the current position(s) you're interested in. It's all about being casual, getting to know current E-board members, and asking any questions or sharing concerns you might have. 🤔💬

Here's what the program consists of:
- 1 meeting per role you're interested in shadowing
- Attending 1 WiCS E-Board Meeting (optional)
