You will be using Google Drive to archive your work, both source and rendered files for all project assignements.
On Google Drive you should create a directory for all your assignments. For each assignment you need to upload a source and a rendered file. For the charactyer sheet, for example, you will need a .psd (Photoshop) or .xcf (GIMP) source file, and also a .png rendered file. Make sure the Google Drive directory is shared with "anyone with the link".
For your final term project submission, you should have a Google Drive backup of the following:

Self Portrait
(psd or xcf, and png)
Character Sheet (psd or xcf, and png)
Storyboard (psd, or xcf, or comic, and png)
Audio (aup and related folder, or band, and mp3)
3d model (blend and related folder, and png)
Video (blend and related folder, and mp4)
Rubric:
A source and rendered file for each assignment was backed up to a shared Google Drive directory
The files were readable in the specified formats
