journey begins: Dirk and Heidi pick us up in Mainz, Germany, and drive
us in heavy snow in the middle of the night to Frankfurt, Hahn, the hub
of Ryanair |

Ryanair flies us to Algeciras (Spain), leaving the snow behind |

| Later, in the afternoon: We take the Euroferry to Tangiers (Morocco) | Here we catch
the first glimpse of Tangiers |

| We criss-cross
through the medina and simply follow the signs to the Hotel
