CSE-506: Operating Systems, Spring 2022

Note that this is a hybrid class. Most, and likely all lectures will be held via zoom, recorded, and videos made available to class students. The midterm and final exam, however, will be held in person (and likely follow Covid19 masking and distancing guidelines).

As seating is limited, priority will be given to PhD students, then senior MS students (by seniority). Non-CS majors, alas, cannot take this class without a special permission and possible interview with the instructor. Auditing will not be permitted.

To find out more about this class, including how to join the zoom sessions, you must be invited to the class Piazza forum. If you are registered and have not received an invitation, contact me asap. Note that invitations could go to your SBU or CS emails, so check both please.

This is the home page for the CSE-506, Operating Systems class for the Spring 2022, given at the Computer Science Department of Stony Brook University.
