I am a computer science masters student from Stony Brook University. I am very much interested in recent technologies and love to explore those. I love coding since it makes me feel that I can transform my thoughts into reality. I love coding especially when it comes to solving data structures or algorithm problems. I did several projects using Apache Spark and Pytorch which are available in my github profile. Apart from my academics and professional interests I am a avid traveller. I like to explore different cultures and learning about other peoples lives, hardships and tradition. I am also extensively involved in social work. During my seinor year in my undergraduate university I used to teach mathematics to children in an orphanage in India. While I was working at Dell Technologies as a Software Developer I was involved in almost all Corporate Social Responsibility tasks such as planting trees for a greener environment and preparing meals for underprivilaged people. My motivation for transforming my thoughts into reality and making a change in people's lives inspires me to work in the tech industry where I can contribute my knowledge into exciting projects that would actually make a difference in people's lives.

It is quite a difficult and tedious job to look for a free or vacant parking space while traveling. Considering the fact that cities grow exponentially in terms of traffic and population, the situation is quite complex. It is an unpleasant experience when you go to a parking space only to find out that it is packed and you have no idea where to go next. The proposed scheme is a real-time navigation service to the parking space along with a probabilistic emptiness value based on your Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) to the location and can be accessed from your personal devices. This intelligent system reroutes you to the next nearest parking space if the desired one gets filled midway of your journey. The results show that the proposed system has a better potential of reducing traffic congestion caused due to people searching for parking spaces. Performance analysis done through various simulations give an insight into its practicality and efficiency.
Apart from being a tech enthusiast, I enjoy most of my time being outdoors. In the winter, I am an avid skier and novice ice climber. During the warmer months here in Colorado, I enjoy mountain biking, free climbing, and kayaking.
When forced indoors, I follow a number of sci-fi and fantasy genre movies and television shows, I am an aspiring chef, and I spend a large amount of my free time exploring the latest technology advancements in the front-end web development world.
