To play the John Cena Machine, click on John Cena's fingers. Each finger plays a different note. You can increase the pitch of the notes by clicking on the upper wristband and decrease the pitch of the notes by clicking on the lower wristband.
Wait a few moments (around 7 seconds) to ensure the sounds load before playing them. Playing a sound before it is loaded causes that note to break, but can be fixed by reloading the page. Make sure to have the page fullscreen to be able to click properly.
Additionally, the notes are bound to the keys Q-I, A-K, and Z-< on the keyboard. A-K being the normal octave, Q-I being the higher octave, and Z-< being the lower octave.
