Call for Posters
Submission Process
The poster submission process includes an initial 1‑page double‑blind poster paper for review. After acceptance, authors will receive instructions for submitting a camera‑ready poster and a 3‑page poster paper. The detailed submission requirements and deadlines are provided below.
Initial Submission
Authors should submit a 1‑page PDF poster paper for initial review. For the poster paper:
- The organization of the paper is flexible. We recommend including at least three main sections: Introduction, Methods, and Results.
- Papers can be formatted using IEEE Computer Society Proceedings Manuscript Formatting Guidelines (this is optional for the initial 1‑page paper submission) (https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html).
- Authors are strongly encouraged to print and double check their PDF file before its submission, especially if the paper contains Asian/European language symbols (such as Chinese/Korean characters or English letters with European fonts).
- The initial submission should be double‑blind. Please do not include author names, affiliations, or other identifying information in the poster paper.
- There are no specific eligibility or authorship requirements for poster submissions.
The deadline for the initial poster paper submission is October 19, 2026. Authors will receive the acceptance decision by October 30, 2026.
After Acceptance
Authors of accepted poster submissions will receive detailed camera‑ready instructions in the poster acceptance notification.
For accepted posters:
- Authors will be asked to prepare and submit a camera‑ready poster.
- The accepted 1‑page poster paper should be extended to a 3‑page paper, which will be published in the same conference proceedings as the BIBM main conference papers.
- Conference registration is mandatory for poster presenters.
- Authors are responsible for printing their own poster and bringing it to the conference for presentation.
- If the poster presenter is unable to present in person, the authors may upload a video presentation to the conference server. Additional instructions will be provided.
The camera‑ready poster submission deadline is November 9, 2026. The 3‑page paper submission deadline for the conference proceedings is November 16, 2026.
Additional submission and presentation instructions will be provided in the poster acceptance notification.
Best Poster Awards
