You will review a set of CT volume generation cases. Each case contains reference scans from one patient and two synthetic CT volumes generated from the same pathology-injected prompt.

The left side shows four real reference CT volumes from the same patient with their corresponding text prompts/reports. Use these to understand the patient-specific imaging identity, style, anatomy, and recurring appearance.

The right side shows the pathology-injected prompt and two synthetic CT volumes labeled only as A and B. The order is randomized and may change from case to case. Please do not infer the method from ordering.

Please note that both A and B are synthetic examples. They are not intended to represent a perfect or gold-standard real CT scan. The task is to select the better option according to the question being asked, even if both volumes appear imperfect or somewhat different from a real clinical CT.

For each case, answer exactly two questions:

1. Patient identity/reference consistency: Which synthetic CT better preserves the identity, style, and anatomical consistency of the reference patient?
2. Prompt faithfulness: Which synthetic CT better matches the pathology-injected prompt?

For the identity question, choose either A or B. For prompt faithfulness, choose A, B, Both are similar, or None of them.
