I am a Research Scholar at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, developing algorithms for (1) studying tumor vascularization in breast, head and neck cancers, (2) longitudinal deformation analysis for adaptive radiotherapy of breast, lung, head and neck cancers, (3) studying glymphatic pathways associated with neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer’s Disease, and (4) visualizing bioinformatics data. I received my PhD in Computer Science from Stony Brook University. My broad research interests span visualization, medical imaging, data science, visual analytics, computer graphics, and computer vision. You can find my CV, here.
