Innovative Approaches to Human-Computer Interfaces

Education Activities

Having developed these novel approaches to creating educational applications, a major part of this effort focused on bringing our approaches and findings to the classroom. Computer science students would explore the technical aspects of implementing innovative computer-human interfaces. Education students would explore the pedagogical issues associated with using such technologies in the classroom. Together, students from both classes would develop educational applications of their own design. With this in mind, we developed courses and course modules to be delivered at both Brooklyn College and Stony Brook University.
