Project

This assignment uses your Brooklyn Library html.

Tasks

• Write a servlet that will accept the input from your Project form.
• Modify the HTML page for your project so that the form submits to your servlet.
• Create a Java Bean that will hold the values of the form elements in your form.
• Include the code in your servlet to populate the bean.
• Forward (using RequestDispatcher) to a JSP that will regenerate the project form with the values contained in your Java bean.
• Using EL in your form JSP, populate the fields with values from the bean.

Hints

• When you test your code, make sure that you open your Library html file directly in your browser (not in NetBeans).
• Consider using a browser http status plug-in to verify the accuracy of the data sent to and from your servlet.
• Only code the EL for a maximum of 5 of the Option elements in a dropdown.
