Research Interests

My primary research expands in the areas of Computational Biology and Data Mining. I am pursuing researches related to identifying and annotating diseases mechanism through data mining biological and clinical data. I also have years of experiance in development of computational methods for massive analysis & prediction of protien function through 3D structure. Also, I have recently expanded my research to include development of scalable graph mining techniques focusing on applicability in solving bio-clinical problems.
