Biography


Stony Brook University

Currently pursuing my Ph.D. from Computer Science Department, at Stony Brook University (Stony Brook, New York and State University of New York, Korea).
Also an active member of Visual Analytics and Imaging(VAI) Lab, working under the supervision of Prof. Klaus Mueller, since August 2014
My research interests include Visualization, Medical Image processing and Augmented Reality.

Completed my graduation in Bachelor of Technology, majoring in Electronics and Communication, from The LNM Institute of Information Technology, Jaipur, India in May 2014.

Masaryk University

Had a working experience as a Research Assistant in Centre for Biomedical Image Analysis at Masaryk University, Czech Republic under the supervision of Dr. Michal Kozubek and Dr. Martin Maska, during my bachelor's degree.
Developed a GUI based application for full 4D view (3D + Time Sequencing) of image data.

Philips Research Lab

Project Trainee at Philips Research Lab, Bangalore under the supervision of Senior Scientist, Vipin Gupta during final semester of my bachelor's degree.
The research topic was Automatic Vessel detection in Colposcopic Images.

INMAS Lab, DRDO

Worked upon Cognition Based Data Visualization using Web Technologies, at INMAS Lab in Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO), New Delhi, India under the supervision of Scientist "F", Sushil Chandra. Still continuing with the Visualization of Choropleth map of INDIA.

IIT Jodhpur
